modeling in SF

We made it up here in good, but not great time and missed Midori's exhibit. But we had the most amazing thai food ever! Anyway, we stopped by to let her know we're here an to see what the plan was for the next day's shoot. They were still breaking down the exhibit at the facility and were informed there was still quite a bit of breaking down to do with expectant looks from Midori's "devoted one". we were pooped from the drive and not dressed to get down and dirty as a clean-up crew so we just came back to the room to decompress and practice rope. I felt a little guilty walking away from that break-down crew, they needed the help and I like rendering assistance, however we're footing the bill for transportation and lodgings in order to help Midori with providing free modeling and, as K puts it, we're not lackies. LOL

Rope is good, theraputic, calming, distracting, transcendent, elemental. I enjoy helping K practice the ropes and she seems grateful for the assistance. Everytime we put ourselves into each other's hands, our trust grows mutually stronger and our friendship takes on renewed depth and clarity. I treasure her friendship.

I stepped on her toes though when I made arrangements with C to keep an eye on her and for her to hang out with my girls. She made a point of telling me that it really should have been her who should have made the arrangments instead of me. I agreed even though my intentions were good, I overstepped my responsibility and apologized. She in turn apologized for overreacting. Problem solved. Point is, everything is taken care of efficiently and there will always be plenty of help and resources for us and our girls.

NOW a is calling me and asking if she and s can go to Vegas for "Punk Rock Bowling", where they'll sleep on the floor of someone's hotel room, go see live bands, go punk rock bowling (off the hook by a's rekoning). PLEEEEEEEEEASE DADDEEEEEE! LOL
