rope suspension bondage: hoist with gusto...

Last night Jeff was generous enough to teach and supervise rope suspension bondage to me and Kate. Since I had done the most suspensions (6) I went first with the "hands-on" portion. I did a sideways suspension with page. The most crucial part of suspension, aside from knowing tie-offs, and where to place the ropes for suspension points on the body, is hoisting and lifting the body into a paralell plane quickly, decisively, and with gusto. That last part is what was lacking in my other suspension scenes which caused my scenes to crash or just not get off the ground. page flew, drool and all. she even laughed as she went up, which is a first. It was ridiculous how good it felt to get her up in the air without putting her in distress. Kate got her off the ground and a really lovely rear tie. I was so proud to have seen her suspend a human being. She needed it and it's going to lead to a lot of floating submissives and rope bottoms. Loved seeing that. Then I hoisted angel with a rear tie and she flew too and expressed that it was the most comfortable rigging to date which, in turn, made it easier to relax into the rope and go where she goes. Then we watched Jeff do a self-suspension, which was facinating to see. I saw him do it before but this time I watched from the get-go and saw his set-up, prep, and then execution. Once he was up he would flip himself from supine to lateral in a quick twist and back. Facinating and good advertising. LOL

A small note about the young crowd that came in with Liam last night: it was an irresponsible mix of alcohol, drugs, and sm. Good luck with that!
